Membership of the Land Rover assistance programme is complimentary with your Land Rover vehicle for 5 years from the same start date of manufacturer’s warranty. You will have access to one of the most comprehensive customer and vehicle roadside assistance networks in New Zealand, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Simply dial toll-free (0800 49 49 32) from anywhere in the country which will connect you to a Land Rover assistance operator.

You will need to provide the following information;
a. Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
b. Your name and address
c. The location of the vehicle
d. The colour and registration of the vehicle
e. The nature of the trouble

Land Rover assistance will contact the nearest approved contractor who will be dispatched to provide the appropriate assistance.
